How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel with “Manage subscription” on your account page; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. For any payment, email [email protected] within 7 days for a full refund, no reason needed.
If I stop paying, do I lose my words?
No. Back on the free plan, your word book shows the 50 most recent words and keeps all the others; upgrade again to see them.
What's the difference between the 1-Year Pass and paying yearly?
Same price. The pass is a single payment that doesn't renew, for people who'd rather not have a subscription. Paying yearly renews automatically, and you can cancel any time.
